Baby Elle's First Christmas Photoshoot

Outfit details and ways to repurpose your photos!

The extreme planner in me had our Christmas card family photoshoot booked for November 2nd with one of our go-to photographers, the talented Melissa Kay Photography. It was a Wednesday, so because Kris needed to meet us straight from the office, I had the SUPER fun task of getting three kids ready and out the door SOLO. Did I mention I also had to shower and dress!? There was two carpool lines, a busted nap and a few moments of thin patience -- but we made it to the shoot just before sunset and captured some wonderful moments!

My Outfit - I put all my energy into the kids outfits and last minute ended up wearing a pair of desert colored Hudson mid-rise coated jeans I recently snagged on sale from Nordstrom ($99 marked down from $225). Paired with a white puff-sleeve cropped cardigan sweater from Abercrombie and white Vince Camuto booties (both the cardigan and boots are no longer in stock but I've linked similar looks). Finishing my outfit is a basic-B Gucci belt and one of my favorite necklaces from local jewelry designer, Anna, of Lorak.

These photos not only served as our Christmas card, but I also made custom gifts for the family from Shutterfly, including calendars, ornaments, stocking stuffers for the boys and more! I will be sure to snap some photos and add them to this blog post once the gifts arrive. Scroll to QUICK TAKEAWAYS section for a money savings tip.

Merry Christmas from the Knepper Krew!
