A Quick Kid-friendly Dinner
These mini cupcake-sized chicken pot pies are a quick kid-friendly easy dinner idea your kids will love! Ready in 30 minutes, this meal is delicious and fun for little hands to eat.
Ingredients:
- 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup cooked (or canned), shredded chicken
- 1 cup frozen mixed veggies (carrots, peas)
- 1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F
2. Spray a 12-muffin tin with nonstick spray
3. Pull the biscuits in half and and press each half of dough into a muffin cup, making sure it covers the bottom and sides.
4. In a bowl, mix the chicken, veggies, and cream of chicken soup until combined.
5. Spoon the mixture into each dough-lined muffin cup.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown.
