Timeless Swimwear

Flattering one + two-piece suits.

While much of 2020 was spent quarantining at home, orbiting around the kitchen consuming more comfort food and carbs than normal (aka eating my feelings), I started 2021 off determined to get bikini-ready and commit to a new routine. Don't get me wrong, I fully support the one-piece trend (best for toddler-chasing beach days), I want to be able to leave them in the dresser a little bit more this summer and grab a bikini with confidence!

Virtual training with my girl Casey DiNardo, and frequent power lunch workouts, paired with modifying my diet to eliminate beef and pork, and eating an abundance of veggies have helped me shed all of my COVID weight. Additionally I have started taking a

pre-biotic | pro-biotic | post-biotic supplement, COMPLETE-3 to repair and maintain my gut health. It has been a changer overnight for me in eliminating bloating and regulating my digestion! Who does not want that going into bikini season!?

Ok, enough about that, let's talk cute swimsuits! In this blog, I am sharing a few favorites I will be sporting this summer - some best for building sandcastles and chasing kiddos on the beach and others you can slip on when you plan to sit poolside with a mojito in hand.

One-Piece:

Long Torso
